Workshops
YC Consulting offers customized workshops designed to develop leaders, managers and colleagues. Yvette facilitates a rich learning experience for participants that helps them to develop new competencies, skills, behaviors and practice using actionable tools. The workshops provide an opportunity to actively participate and learn in an interactive environment. The goal is to make the sessions interesting and engaging by creating a mix of information, proven practical guidance and practice.
Workshop FormatWorkshops are typically conducted in-person or remotely for 2-6 hours per day with the audiences ranging from 10-30 people per workshop
Participants complete a skills assessment and ask for 360 degree input, prior to attending the workshops. Through this assessment they can identify strengths and focus on areas of development. At the conclusion of the workshop they are re-evaluated. This process provides clear success metrics. |
Management Workshops This workshop format is designed for all managers, up to Senior Director level. All workshops are customized to meet the client's needs and goals. Sample Workshop topics are:
